How to Book
Once in the Hall Calendar:
1. Click '+ New Booking' on your chosen date, and this will open our booking form
2. Complete the booking form online, including the time and number of people attending
Hire Session Times
Our hall is available to hire in set session times. We don’t hire the hall by the hour or extend beyond the times listed below. When you book, you are reserving the whole session.

All Day: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3. We will review your booking request and as appropriate send a link via email to for you to pay. Please allow for up to 2 working days to receive a response.
Once you've had an opportunity to review the FAQs, any queries you have can be sent to us using the Contact Us form below. The Village Hall is a charitable organisation run by volunteers but we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
The Failand Village Hall is a Charity, set up for the use and benefit of the local Failand community, and is run by volunteers.

Hire Charges
A refundable deposit is required for all sessions.
Prices for 2027 will reflect a 10% increase from 2026.
