How to Book
Once in the Hall Calendar:

Click '+ New Booking' on your chosen date, and this will open our booking form

Complete the booking form online, including the time and number of people attending

We will review and approve your booking then send you a link via email to pay. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply.

Once you've had an opportunity to review the FAQs, any queries you have can be sent to us using the Contact Us form below. The Village Hall is a charitable organisation run by volunteers but we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.

A refundable deposit is required for all bookings, these are charged as below:

The Failand Village Hall is a Charity, set up for the use and benefit of the local Failand community, and is run by volunteers.
In line with our purpose as a Charity, we provide a discount on weekday Hall Hire fees for any local non-profit making clubs and societies that are open to the whole of the Failand community. From Mondays to Fridays, instead of the normal set fee, we charge £2.50 per attendee. There is no minimum fee, and the maximum payment would be the standard fee. This does not apply to the refundable deposit which will be needed in full. Standing deposits can be agreed for regular bookings.
