Failand Village Hall is a charity that depends on the help of volunteers from our local community to run it.

If you would like to be a part of our volunteer team, there are a variety of roles available, of differing levels of commitment. For example:

⁃ Bar cover during community and private hire events in the hall
⁃ Serving tea / coffee at community events in the hall
⁃ Help organising and looking after stalls at hall events such as the Failand Summer Fete
⁃ Helping at the Village Hall Easter Egg Hunt & Children's Christmas Party
⁃ Joining the hall committee

- Taking over responsibility for running the monthly Failand Tots from September 2025 

 

As a thank you, we provide a 50% discount on Hall Hire fees for volunteers that have been kind enough 
to give us over 10 hours of their time in the past year.  This does not apply to the refundable deposit which will be needed in full.
